Our client is a professional services organization focused on solving business problems caused by the proliferation and diversification of data in large enterprises.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathers requirements using Agile methodology and ensures business alignment
  • Verifies, traces and manages functional and nonfunctional requirements
  • Creates, maintains, and updates reports, queries, and workflows
  • Facilitate and capture business/technical requirements from legacy systems for modernization
  • Provides expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
  • Maintains project portfolio roadmap and backlog
  • Document system requirements and functional specifications based upon internal and external customer needs
  • Participates with both the technical and business teams in the definition of tasks across multiple projects
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements
  • Act as an internal process improvement consultant for other internal groups looking to maximize their process, documentation and other work products surrounding project planning and requirements

  • Adhere to Agile development methodology best practice

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven capabilities in business analysis
  • Knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies
  • Confidence in tackling new business or technical challenges
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical ability and experience with databases, technologies, and languages 
  • Experience developing Business, Functional, and User Requirements
  • Experience creating business process flows
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years demonstrated success as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • 3+ years working in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated industry experience
